So this is going to be a short post due to the fact that I'm just giving an update about the rest of my birthday. My beautiful Jeffrey Campbell Yuma Fab boots from Solestruck came in the mail yesterday, and I couldn't be any happier with how these shoes look like in real life. The red color, the soft tapestry material that they're made of, the heel, the pointy toe... UGH! Wonderful. I know that this pair of shoes is going to be practically glued to my feet for the rest of the summer. At least!

Birthday Post

I've definitely been neglecting to post in the past few months despite my resolution to post more often, but I have a new-found excitement for blogging. It must be the wonderful hot weather here in Chicago, but I'm feeling very inspired. Not only that, but I've officially recovered from ankle surgery I had a few months back - no more walking boot for me, so that means WAY MORE OUTFIT POSTS. 

Now, I know this isn't so much about fashion, but I've gotta talk about my birthday some. My twin sister and I had a really awesome day. We went to the Shedd Aqaurium, saw The Dark Knight Rises, and then went up to Evanston to go swimming in the lake late at night. Warning: Lots of pictures.

So, as you can see, I had a splendid birthday. As a gift from my mom, I got a new pair Jeffrey Campbell boots that I've been ogling for over a year now. So coming soon, pictures of the wonderful shoes. :)

Production

So, I feel like suddenly have a new found motivation to really kick-start many projects that I've been meaning to really work on. Over the summer I had ankle surgery and it kind of put me in a rut and I've lost a bit of my focus. But now, NO MORE EXCUSES. I'm not on crutches and in a cast anymore. I'm getting my head in the game. So expect more posting, more art, more clothing created by me.

STRIPES

 Cleaning all day and then laying on the couch with a heated comforter, watching The Simpsons actually can turn out to create a pretty good day. I was productive yay!
